Tender Documents may be obtained from Procurement Division (email: procurement@bnr.rw) upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named "BNR Current Account" opened at National Bank of Rwanda.

All bids shall be accompanied by the required bid security in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.

Compulsory site visits of tender for provision of cleaning services will be organized: at Musanze from 10:00 am, at Rubavu branch from 3:00 pm on 28th December 2023, at BNR Headquarters on 29th December 2023 from 10:00 am, at Huye on 3rd January 2024 from 11:00 am, at Rusizi on 4th January 2024 from 2:00 pm, and Rwamagana on 5th January 2024 from 10:00 am.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Division, KN 6 Avenue, 4, second floor not later than 23rd January 2024 at 10:00 am local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title and the name of bidder.
