Dear Sir/Madam,

Strive Foundation Rwanda is a local non-governmental non- Religious and non-profit making organization, would like to invite eligible bidders to “Supply 70 Goats in Huye District”. They will be supplied at Tumba and Mukura sector. 

The bidders interested in supplying the goats should fulfill the following:

1. Using EBM (Electronic Billing Machine) approved by Rwanda Revenue Authorities in invoicing is a MUST
2. Being a registered supplier or firm, proved by RDB registration certificate;
3. Show the proofs that they comply with all taxes requirements (recent RRA tax clearance certificate)
4. The financial offers should be quoted in Rwandan francs(RWF), inclusive of taxes and the transportation of the goats.

Strive Foundation Rwanda is soliciting bidders from service providers experienced in offering similar services and the one with the best services and prices.

Bidders interested in the advertised work should submit their bids in a sealed envelope (Financial offers together with required documents mentioned above) to Strive Foundation Rwanda head office not later than 27^th December 2023 at 03:00pm and this will be the same day and time of opening bids at Strive Foundation Rwanda head office.

Well printed bids with signature must be submitted at the reception of Strive Foundation Rwanda. Late bids will not be accepted
