1. Introduction

Ngali Holdings Ltd (Ngali) is an investment company, headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda. Ngali primarily specializes in long-term investments cutting across different sectors including but not limited to Mining, energy, Health and technology.

Ngali is keen on partnership in the supply of Beryllium concentrates and it is in light of this, that it seeks a accompany/companies to supply 50 Metric tons lot (Grade 8% & above) of beryllium concentrate. For more other technical specifications (See section 3 below)

2. Objectives

• Secure a reliable supply of high-quality beryllium (or beryllium concentrate).
• Ensure compliance with international safety, environmental, and trade regulations.
• Establish cost-effective, transparent, and timely procurement arrangements.

The supplier must:

• Be a legally registered entity authorized to trade in strategic/mineral commodities.
• Demonstrate previous experience in supplying beryllium or related rare metals.
• Provide references from at least two reputable clients.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance

• Supplier must comply with national regulations and international and on handling toxic/hazardous materials.
• Demonstrate environmentally responsible mining/processing and transport practices.

6. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery of the Beryllium to Kigali as required

7. Duration

• Open: However, the supply is on needs basis

8. Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Compliance with technical specifications.
• Supplier’s capacity and past performance.
• Delivery schedule and logistics arrangements.
• Pricing competitiveness.
• Pricing competitiveness should be broken down based grade (See guidance below)

9. Submission of Proposals

Interested suppliers must submit:

• Company profile and registration documents.
• Technical and financial proposal.
• References and evidence of past contracts.
• Certifications (mineral trading licenses)
