National Competitive Tender for the Supply of Cardiac consumables to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.

1. King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) is in process of procuring the cardiac consumables for its broad cardiac program at the Hospital. KFHR now invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their offers for the supply of Cardiac consumables as indicated in detail in the technical specifications of the bidding document.
2. Tender documents in English may be obtained from KFH, R Procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000Rwf (Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs) by direct payment Account number 677 5021405, opened in ECOBANK.
3. Tender documents may be obtained on any working day from the Procurement office at KFH, R at the address given below from 08:00 to 16:30 hour’s local time, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
4. The offer shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of total amount for each Lot .The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. For the open items (Not Lot), the bidder will calculate 2% of the total amount of items quoted for

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Procurement Department at the address mentioned below not later than January 8^th, 2025 at 2:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on January 8^th, 2025 at 2:30 pm local time in KFH, R Board room.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title.
