INVITATION TO TENDER No 12/USC/2024/USACCO

UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites sealed competitive quotations for the Supply of Clean Agent Fire Suppression, maintenance and testing of the existing fire suppression system from eligible, experienced Companies with proven capabilities and registered in Rwanda.

Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 ^ST on any working day with effect from 27/08/2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No.00040-00288891-58 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in Bank of Kigali.

Interested companies are invited to a compulsory joint visit of the site where the clean agent will be installed in order to determine the required materials. The joint visit will take place on 06/09/2024. The bid of a company that did not participate in the joint visit will not be accepted.

A well-detailed bid containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Supply of Clean Agent Fire Suppression” shall be presented to the secretariat of Umwalimu SACCO at Head office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, not later than 16/09/2024 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in the Umwalimu SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected.
