Urwego Finance CBC (herein referred to as the bank) hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for supply of Computer Laptops and Tablets to Urwego Finance located at Kisimenti .

Please note also the following:

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2024/07/IT/Log/009 for supply of Laptops and tablets and submit it at the Urwego’s reception head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, +250 788173100, Website: www.urwegobank.com;
• The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in the corner side of the same envelope
• Urwego Finance will give tender notification award according to cheapest price either per LOT
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Urwego Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include a copy of RDB registration certificate and Note that the bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender (electronics vendor or saler), include a valid tax clearance certificate issued by RRA the VAT certificate, and should present minimum of 2 completion certificates for supply such materials or other electronics materials
• The best bidder will be responsible for progaming all delivered materials.
• Note that the Payment will be processed after acceptance and checking the functionality of each item delivered. Note that the warranty period is not less one year.
