Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of Conference Hall Chairs in accordance with the requirements set forth in the attached detailed Request for Proposal document underneath this notice.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one copy marked “Original” and another copy marked "Copy" of the bids, must be presented to Kepler Reception Office located in Kinyinya Sector on KG 29 Ave No. 16 no later than, Wednesday, June 21^st, 2023 at 2:30 PM Kigali Time. Late bids will be rejected.

The opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 3:00 PM Kigali time in Kepler Campus Boardroom in the presence of bidders who will choose to attend the opening session. 

Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
