• Company profile
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) 

Important Information

• The quotation should be VAT inclusive
• The bidder is requested to provide samples for testing/ Approval
• Performance guarantee of 7% shall be request on every Purchase order above Five million (5M) as per company policy
• Should indicate warranty period
• Should indicate delivery period
