Tender Reference: RWA/KIG/A0001/2021 for purchasing Corrugated Aluminium- Zinc Iron sheet.

Concern Worldwide - Rwanda intends to award a contract for the supply of Corrugated Aluminium- Zinc Iron sheets with financial assistance from the Irish Aid, Government of Ireland.

These are the minimum requirements in order to be technically acceptable – these should be clearly stated in the tenderers’ bid.

The tender pack is available from Concern Worldwide Huye office located at Kabutare village, Butare cell, Ngoma sector; Huye district; P.o.Box 333 Butare or at rwanda.tenders@concern.net. Tender pack collection time is from 17^th November 2021 until 1^st December 2021, from 8.00hrs-17.00hrs Monday to Thursday. On Friday it should be from 8.00hrs-14.00hrs.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER RWA/KIG/A0001/2021” together with a sample must be delivered to the following address:

Note that there is no online submission option available and there are no guarantees applicable.

The deadline for submission of tenders is on or before 17.00hrs on 1^st December 2021. Late bids shall be rejected. Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer / proposal prior to the award of contract.

 As indicated in its Anti-fraud and Whistle Blowing Policy, Concern Worldwide is opposed to fraud in all of its forms. Involvement in any act of fraud leads to cancellation of contract.
