TITLE OF THE TENDER: SUPPLY OF EIGHTEEN (18) SMARTPHONES TO FAWE RWANDA CHAPTER

The Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) is a membership-based Pan-African Non-Governmental Organization that operates through 34 National Chapters in 33 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa to promote girls’ and women’s education. FAWE Rwanda Chapter was started in 1997 by a group of Rwandan women whose common goal was to build the country and promote national development through girls’ and women’s education. Since its inception, FAWE Rwanda has grown to become a reputable partner and focal point on female education in Rwanda.

FAWE Rwanda would like to invite eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of 18 smartphones to FAWE Rwanda.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLYING 18 SMART PHONES

The Bid shall comprise the following:

• A copy of trading license
• 3 References of similar tenders executed
• Tax clearance from RRA
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Financial Offer

These documents should be submitted to FAWE Rwanda Head office located at Kimironko, REB Premises, Kimironko Sector, Nyagatovu Cell, Ijabo Village Between KG 17 and 11 in room number 2 for original copies not later than 07^th July 2025 at 10AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
