Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested local bidders to submit their bids related to supply of the following items grouped in Lots;

Lot 1: Supply of stationaries Lot 5: ATM Paper rolls

Lot 2: Printeries Lot 6: AC Unit & AC Accessories

Lot 3: Electrical Materials Lot 7: Changeover, Batteries, & UPS

Lot 4: Generator Filters & spare parts

Lot 5: ATM Paper rolls

Lot 6: AC Unit & AC Accessories

Lot 7: Changeover, Batteries, & UPS

Technical specifications for the above mentioned item will be sent to emails of interested bidders and they should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 11^th November 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Provide the delivery and warranty period. Indicate your payment terms in the financial proposal. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Company profile

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

-Add proof of financial capacity (eg. Confirmed credit line,etc)

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
