1. 1. The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the supply of HOSPITAL CURTAINS AND LINEN to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Hospital Curtains and Linen to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements;

The tender is divided into two independent lots:

Lot 1: Supply of Curtains

Lot 2: Supply of Linen

3. Tender documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 677502145 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.
4. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 500,000 Rwf per each Lot duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on August 19^th, 2025. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on August 19^th, 2025.
