Association de la Jeunesse pour la Promotion des Droits de l’Homme et développement (AJPRODHO–JIJUKIRWA) is a non-governmental organization working to improve the rights of disadvantaged youth, women and children in Rwanda through Human Rights promotion and protection. AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA was founded in 1996 by students attending the National University of Rwanda. The organization was formed as a response to the Genocide against the Tutsi to protect future students from similar forms of manipulation. Since its founding, AJPRODHO has transitioned from a small student association to a nationally active non-governmental organization with programs in more than 17 districts spread over 4 provinces of Rwanda and Kigali city. The primary focus of the organization continues to be Human Rights promotion, protection, research, advocacy, economic empowerment and civil society strengthening.

Background and information
The "Association de la Jeunesse pour la Promotion des Droits de l'Homme et de Développement" (AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA) is a local Youth Organisation that works for the promotion of Human rights in Rwanda. The major role of the organization is to foster Human rights promotion and development, access to justice, governance, Economic empowerment, research, advocacy, and civil society strengthening.
In partnership with European Union (EU), AJPRODHO is implementing the Project entitled “Enhancing Livelihoods for Youth” aiming at Reduction of Youth Unemployment and their access to decent work in Rwanda.
AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of start-up materials /kits for youth who graduated from the non-traditional TVET. The tender is set as follow:
• Lot1: Music instruments (Modern)
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Interested and eligible bidders shall submit the following:
• Expression of interest addressed to the Executive Secretary of AJPRODHO
• RDB certificate.
• VAT Certificate.
• A proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 10,000) to Account No: 100003074627 held at the Bank of Kigali(BK)
• Two good completion certificates

Submission and Deadline
All required documents must be written in English and submitted electronically or physically/hard copies in Separate folders/enveloped documents marked technical and Financial Offer respectively indicating the lot number applied for to ajprodhojijukirwa@yahoo.com or at AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA Head Office located at Remera, KG 201 Street Rukili 2, No 16 (neighbour to AVEGA and La Croix Du Sud hospital) not later than Friday 25th March 2022 on any working day from 8:00am to 5:00PM.
