TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF NETWORKING ITEMS UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

1. The bidder is requested to follow the format provided and failure to follow the format provided, the bidder will be disqualified.
2. After bid opening all bidders will submit soft copy of their price list
3. The prices will be fixed for the period of 6 Months unless for the case of force Majeure.
4. The ITC will carry out appraisal at every quarter to track the performance of each contracted supplier/Service provider.
5. Quantities will be based on purchase orders
6. Interested bidders are allowed to quote on 1 or more lots
7. Delivery period, payment terms shall be discussed upon contract signature.
8. Local companies are requested to quote DDP (Delivery duty Paid) to destination.
9. Your requested to indicate the quoted brand 

The interested bidders should submit their financial proposals together with the following documents. 

• Registration certificate (RDB Certificate)
• Company profile
• Manufacturer certificate or authorized distributor will be added advantage
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
• Copy of 3 completion certificates from similar work/goods from your previous customers 

The sealed envelope should be submitted at ISCO reception located at Gikondo-Ruganwa1 not later than 30^th January 2024 at 10:00AM

The bids will be opened on same date at 10:30Am and opening will only look at the administrative requirement.

After deadline no bids will be allowed.
