WASAC Ltd hereby invites National sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Office Materials for Water supply and Sanitation Master Plan. Participation is open to all companies specialised in the field.

The tender document in English may be obtained from 01/09/ 2023 in the Procurement Services Management office at WASAC Head Office, Centenary House, P.O.BOX.2331 Kigali, Rwanda, Tel: +250788462307/0739200461; e-mail:procurement@wasac.rw, website: www.wasac.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10.000Frw). This payment should be done on the WASAC bank account N° 100009564367opened at the Bank of Kigali (BK), P.O. Box. 175, Kigali, Rwanda, SWIFT Code: BKIGRWRW, e-mail: bk@bk.rw. The bidders interested to compete can get additional information at the WASAC Head Office through the above mentioned address.

The bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in three copies, one of which is original, accompanied by a bid guarantee from a bank or any other recognized financial institution of Eight Hundred Six Thousand Rwandan Francs (806,000Frw) must reach to the address mentioned above not later than 21/09/2023 at 10:00 am Local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Online submission is not allowed. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.

The opening of bids will take place on the same date of submission of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at WASAC Head Office, Procurement Services Management Office, in public session at 10:30 am local time.
