1. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
2. 4. Well printed bids and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 19/09/2023 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
5. Bids will be opened in public session in the conference room of RRP+ the same day on 19/09/2023 at 10:30.
6. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
