The RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY LTD (RPC) hereby invites qualified bidders (Locally & Internationally registered) to submit their bid Prices for the supply of production printing materials and electronic equipments.

The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Basic Education Board), P.O Box 3854 Kigali, in Procurement Office, Tel: (+250) 0782495405/+250785474045 from 11/ 11/2024, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 0063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information "DAO/RPC/ Supply of PRODUCTION PRINTING MATERIALS AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS N02 NOC/2024/OB/RPC/NOVEMBER/ 2024

Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies "one of which is the original and one copy of the original" must reach at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above mentioned address not later than 20/12/2024 at 3:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected.

The opening of bids will take place the same day on 20/12/2024 at 3:20 pm in the RPC’s Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
