Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) hereby re-announces the invitation for tender for the provision of Printing, Branding and Designing services for the period from April 2025 to March 2026. The competition is open to all eligible bidders under equal conditions. Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the ARCOS Head Office at KN 14 Av, No. 47, Kimihurura, Kigali. A complete set of bidding documents in English is available via email upon presenting proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf) deposited to the account of ARCOS-MACEI account n^o 100023523846 opened in bank of Kigali. Documents will be obtained in working days from 10^th to 17^th, March 2025 at 12 AM.

Technical and financial offers should be submitted in English, properly bound, and presented in two copies (original and copy). All documents should be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the ARCOS Head Office, no later than 1^st April 2025 at 3:30 PM. The tender opening will take place at the same location on the same day at 4:00 PM.
