TENDER NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY OF RESSOURCE ROOM MATERIALS FOR SCHOOLS.

• Protect the world’s most vulnerable children, including those separated from their families because of war, natural disasters, extreme poverty or exploitation.
• Work with families to help them out of the poverty cycle so they can feed and support their children.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The general objective is to equip selected schools with resource rooms materials to facilitate the learning process of children who need extra or individualized support.

Save the Children International Rwanda hereby invites interested companies to submit their interest in supplying the materials. A detailed list of the required items is provided in the attachment to this notice.

We kindly request you to submit an expression of interest outlining the following documents: 

1. Essential criterial 

1. Business registration certificate issued by RDB 
2. A valid Rwanda Revenue Tax Clearance
3. A valid RSSB clearance certificate 
4. VAT certificate 

2. Capability criteria 

1. Three certificates of good completion for similar services completed. (Transport)

BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS

Electronic Submission via Email

• Email should be addressed to SCI Supply Chain Rwanda at rwanda.bid@savethechildren.org 
• Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
• The subject of the email should be “ITT/SCI/RW/RESSOURCE ROOM MATERIAL/2025/03 Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

• Interested bidders shall submit their bids not later than 30th September 2025
