Title: Supply of Sanitary pads
Client : Association des Guides du Rwanda
Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR), Faith Victory Association and ActionAid Rwanda are implementing the project known as “Speak out Project: Addressing Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and Gender Based Violence”, under the funding of People’s Postcode Lottery (PPL).
It is in this regard that Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the supply of sanitary pads, where the organization will enter into a contract with the best evaluated bidder.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 16th March 2022, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at AGR National Centre, KK 39 Ave, No. 34, Gikondo in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof payment of a nonrefundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 100020244927 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of AGR/Speak Out.

Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Executive Director of Association des Guides du Rwanda, P.O Box 76 Kigali, properly filled and presented in three copies of which, one is original and two copies, in sealed envelopes marked “Supply of Sanitary Pads” will be submitted to the office Reception by 25 March 2022 at 12:30 pm.
Bids will be opened at AGR on the 25 March 2022 at 02:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at AGR offices.
