CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF TOYOTA RAV4 2020 HYBRID FULL OPTION

ASA International (Rwanda) Plc, located in Gasabo District, P.O. Box: 1767, Kigali, Tel: +250781447017, invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of a Toyota RAV4 2020 Hybrid Full Option with the following specifications:

Vehicle Specifications:

• Make & Model: Toyota RAV4 2020 Hybrid Full Option
• Mileage: Below 40,000 km
• Condition: Excellent, accident-free, and well-maintained
• Features: Full option, leather seats, navigation system, reverse camera, sunroof, and advanced safety features
• Registration: Must be compliant with Rwandan road and transport regulations

Requirements for Bidders:

1. The supplier must be a legally registered entity with valid business registration documents.
2. The vehicle must be available for inspection upon request.
3. The supplier must provide a valid EBM invoice for the transaction.
4. The supplier should have a proven track record in vehicle supply.
5. The bid should include a warranty period and after-sales support details.
6. The bid must indicate the total price, inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges.

Submission Details:

Interested bidders should submit their bids via email to rwandatendercommittee@asarwanda.rw no later than 14^th March 2025 The bid documents should be clearly marked “Tender for Supply of Toyota RAV4 2020 Hybrid Full Option”. Late submissions will not be considered.

Tender Document Fees: Tender documents will be issued upon presentation, via email attachment, of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty thousand Rwandan Francs). The payment should be made to account number 10012-3343926 of ASA International (Rwanda) Plc at the Bank of Kigali.

ASA International (Rwanda) Plc reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons.
