Supply of Training Equipment and Consumables for the Project „PartnerAfrica“.

The Handwerkammer Koblenz is a German Chamber for small business and craftsmen that implements the „PartnerAfrica “in Rwanda. The project started in December 2020 and will end in December 2023.

The aim of the project „PartnerAfrica“ is to train 500-1000 young Rwandans to support them

to find employment or work self-employed and also to work directly with companies to create

employment opportunities or offer upgrading trainings where needed by companies.

One aim among others is to create a new study course “BTech/MTech” that will be piloted at the IPRC Kigali for automotive Technology and at IPRC Huye for the construction Technology. In this regard, the Handwerkammer Koblenz has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rwanda Polytechnic and other local partners to guide the collaboration and working relationship during the project implementation.In order to validate and implement this course, educational equipment and consumables are needed.

Partner Africa wishes to contract a legally recognized service provider (company) to procure and supply the training equipment (see annex) for the pilot of BTech in Construction Technology.

 Organize training of the end users of the equipment

Offer for training with report from users confirming that they have acquired relevant knowledge and skills to use the equipment participants list for use. The duration of the training should be specified in the offer.

Requirements of the Service Provider:

• Certificate of Incorporation/ registration
• With a tract record or experience of handling and supply hardware or didactic equipment in TVET schools
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Knowledge of latest models and series of different laboratory and didactic equipment in the field of Civil Engineering Indicate the time of delivery
• Proforma-Invoice with detailed prices including VAT of the services and equipment supply 

Submission Procedure

The payment is upon delivery and after preliminary verification and approval by the user Institution. Interested companies should send in their offer clearly labelled „Supply of Training Equipment Construction „to the contact person until the

30th September 2022.
