4.1 Deadline: The deadline for tender submissions is 5th Oct 2023 at 11 am. Late submissions will not be accepted.

4.2 Submission Format:

Suppliers should submit their tenders in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with "Tender Supply of Video Equipments" and the supplier's name and contact information. The tender should include the following:

1. A cover letter expressing the supplier's interest in the tender.

2. Detailed product specifications and pricing

3. Information on warranty terms and conditions.

4. Relevant certifications or quality assurance documentation.

5. Supplier's company profile and track record.

6. Certificate of Incorporation

7. RRA Clearance Certificate

4.3 Address for Submission:

Tenders should be submitted at The New Times head Office KG 8 M&M Plaza Remera Gishushu Gasabo Disritct.

Clarifications and Inquiries:

Any inquiries or requests for clarifications regarding this tender should be submitted in writing or by email to amunyaneza@newtimesrwnda.com the designated contact person no later than 5th Oct 2023. The New Times will provide responses to the inquiries promptly.

The New Times reserves the right to accept or reject any tender received without providing reasons for its decision. The decision will be communicated to the selected supplier in writing.
