1. Introduction

The Nyarutarama Sports Trust Club invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of wines and liquors for our Bar-Resto services. We are seeking high-quality products that meet the preferences and standards of our esteemed clientele.

2. Scope of Work

The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for supplying a diverse range of wines and liquors, including but not limited to:

• Wines:
  • Red Wines
  • White Wines
  • Sparkling Wines
  • Rosé Wines
  • Dessert Wines
• Liquors:
  • Vodka
  • Whiskey
  • Gin
  • Rum
  • Tequila
  • Brandy
  • Liqueurs

3. Requirements

Interested suppliers must provide:

• A detailed list of available wines and liquors, including brand names, origins, and pricing.
• Certificates of authenticity and quality.
• Delivery terms and conditions.
• Proof of legal operation (business license, tax clearance, etc.).
• At least three references from similar previous contracts.

4. Tender Documents:

5. Submission Guidelines

All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender for Supply of Wines and Liquors – NSTC/08/2024/WL” and delivered to the address below:

6. Submission Deadline

The deadline for the submission of bids is 23/08/2024, at 10:00 am. And Opening of the bids is 23/08/2024 at 12:00 am, late submissions will not be considered.

7. Evaluation and Awarding

Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Quality and variety of products
• Pricing and value for money
• Supplier reliability and references
• Delivery terms

The Nyarutarama Sports Trust Club reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
