BACKGROUND AFRICAN EVANGELISTIC ENTERPRISE (AEE-RWANDA)

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is a Christian, interracial, interdenominational and non-political organization. Its mission is to “evangelize Rwanda through word and deed in partnership with the church”. The vision is Rwanda, a country where God is honored and people together in peace and with satisfaction of their daily needs.

Presence in Rwanda: AEE-Rwanda started in 1984 and was officially registered as a non-profit making organization (Association Sans but Lucratif) in 1987. The team grew in size and activities. By 1994 when the war and genocide tragically brought to the ground everything that had been done, AEE-Rwanda had 7 staff members. It had been running different projects in Evangelism, Training, Relief and Development. Today the organization has grown to a team of over 170 staff. Geographically AEE-Rwanda operates in Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge in the City of Kigali; Bugesera, Gatsibo, Kayonza,Nyagatare, Ngoma, Kirehe and Rwamagana in the Eastern Province; Kamonyi, Muhanga, Gisagara, Nyaruguru, Nyanza, Huye and Nyamagabe in Southern province; Rusizi, Karongi, Rutsiro, Nyabihu, Ngororero and Rubavu in the Western province and Gakenke, Rulindo, and Burera Districts in Northern province.

AEE Rwanda seeks for a suitable service provider of IT equipment which include Cameras, battery chargers, Laptops, Tablets, Covers and Screen Protectors. The detailed specifications are found in tender document which will be availed upon presentation of the payment slip of a non-refundable 10,000 RWF deposited on AEE-Rwanda account number 100000653181 in Bank of Kigali. Once you've shared the proof of payment via email or WhatsApp on (250) 781417685, you'll receive a soft copy of the TENDER DOCUMENT immediately.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and softcopy) should be submitted to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than July 9, 2024 at 3:00pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 3:20 am. Bids must include: Cover letter, financial proposal, technical proposal and certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Three Performance letters/ Letters of where you supplied similar IT equipment.
