RE: Tender for supplying field equipment

International Gorilla Conservation Programme (IGCP) is a coalition of three international conservation organizations: Conservation International (CI), Fauna & Flora International (FFI), and WWF. IGCP’s mission is to Secure the Future for Mountain Gorillas (Gorillaberingei beringei). The programme operates in the three countries that share the habitat of the mountain gorilla - Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda and Uganda - and works in partnership with the Protected Area Authorities of the three countries (Institute Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature, ICCN, in DRC; Rwanda Development Board, RDB, in Rwanda; and Uganda Wildlife Authority, UWA, in Uganda) and the Greater Virunga Transboundary Collaboration (GVTC), the umbrella mechanism for transboundary collaboration. IGCP also maintains a large number of partnerships with civil society organizations, community-based organizations, research institutions, private sector and local government.

IGCP would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for the field equipment in accordance with the specifications listed below.

The quotation should be duly signed, dated and stamped and accompanied by the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations for all needed equipment specifying the brand and detailing prices with and without VAT. 
2. A copy of certificate of Company Registration
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority

Note:

• IGCP reserves the right to reject any and all offers, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, and pursue purchasing in a manner that is in the best of its interest.
• Late quotes will not be accepted or considered.
• The requested equipment will be delivered to the IGCP office in Kigali.
• Only shortlisted companies / individuals will be contacted for discussion of their quotations which will lead to selecting the best offer.
