AGRICUTURAL INPUTS OF 480 PACKAGES OF 50 GRAMMES OF AMARANTHUS DUBIUS, 33 KG OF CARROTS AND 116 PACKAGE OF 2500 GRAINS OFPRUKTOR F1 CABBAGES TO IMPROVE NUTRITION THROUGH KITCHEN GARDENS, IN GISAGARA AND NYAMASHEKE DISTRICTS TENDER NUMBER: …………../IFR/2025

1. Inades-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) was recruited as an Implementing partner
of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for the execution of the project entitled “The Joint Programme “Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment’ (JP-RWEE)” in the districts of NGOMA, KIREHE, NYARUGURU, GISAGARA and NYAMASHEKE. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

2.Under the financial support of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) through the Joint Programme “Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment” (JP-RWEE), INADES-Formation Rwanda is implementing activities aimed at enhancing the livelihoods and nutrition of rural women. As part of this initiative, kitchen gardens will be established in Gisagara and Nyamasheke Districts to promote improved household nutrition and food security.

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Inades-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account N° 00040-00002903-26 opened at Bank of Kigali in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda.

4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 23rd September 2025, 09:00 AM
at INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

6. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two hard copies, one of which is the original must be submitted to INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat no later than 07thOctober 2025 at 14:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
at INADES -Formation Rwanda head office on 07th October 2025 at 14:30 PM

8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for notification purpose.
