Support for Conducting Rwanda Harmonized Health Facility Assessment
To Support the Health Strengthening Systems unit of the Universal Health Coverage Life Course in WHO Country Office for Rwanda to support the Ministry of Health to undertake the first Rwanda Harmonized Health Facility Assessment (RHHFA). The assessment will be conducted based on the WHO Core modules on Harmonized Health Facility Assessment and additional 2 modules on Data Quality Assessment and Community Health Systems in Rwanda. The assessment is expected to cover 100% (1,907) of the health facilities at different levels of service delivery with core modules and sampled health facilities (1,319) for additional modules on Data Quality Assessment and community health services.
