Section 1. Letter of invitation (LOI)

Tender for supply of Office Stationaries

Tender number:004/GAH/PRC/23-24

1. The GAH LTD (hereinafter called Client) has received funds from the Ordinary Budget (O.B.) towards the cost of supply of Office Stationaries, The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender is issued.
2. The GAH LTD now solicits proposals to provide the following supplies :supplying the Office Stationaries; more details on the goods are provided in the tender document
3. This tender document is open to all fulfilling the requirements herein.
4. The bid must be in English may be obtained on any working day and hours from Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (GAH Ltd) Head Office upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account No. 100084141687 of GABIRO HUB REVENUE opened at Bank of Kigali(BK).
5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd, through the email of info@gah.rw not later than Seven days before the above mentioned deadline for the submission of bid
6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach, in sealed envelopes to the reception desk of GAH Ltd Office located at GAH Ltd DEMO FARM & DAIRY @Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare., not later than 31/05/ 2024 at 12:00PM. Electronic bidding shall not be allowed. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. Well prepared bids should be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at GAH Ltd Office, on 31/05/2024 at 01:00PM.
8. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above.
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures manuals of GAH Ltd dated on 11/01/2024 and with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 on Public Procurement.
