CLADHO (Collectif des Ligues et Associations de Défense des Droits de l’Homme au Rwanda) is the umbrella of Human Rights organizations in Rwanda, active in the area of human rights promotion, economic governance, right to socio protection, right to education and citizen participation. It was founded in May 1993 with the mission to protect, defend and promote human rights.

Background
Cladho is an umbrella of Human Rights Organizations in Rwanda founded in 1993 that is active in the fields of human rights defense, protection, and promotion, economic governance, and citizen participation in the budget cycle. Through the PPIMA project supported by Norwegian People’s Aid, CLADHO wants to translate, design, print and disseminate the 2022/2023 approved district Imihigo for 15 districts of Nyamagabe, Gisagara, Ruhango, Nyanza, Rutsiro, Rusizi, Gicumbi, Rulindo, Burera, Nyabihu, Kayonza, Bugesera, Nyagatare, Ngoma and Kirehe. It is therefore against this background, that CLADHO through this project is seeking a consultancy firm to translate, design, print and disseminate the 2022/2023 approved district Imihigo for the mentioned districts.

Deliverables /Tasks
The specific tasks under this consultancy will include:
• Translation of Imihigo from English to Kinyarwanda for 15 districts.
• Use of appropriate Imihigo Kinyarwanda terminologies.
• Designing each district Imihigo into large format banner (2.5metres*1.5metres)
• Printing and dissemination of 300 banners in the said districts
• Working very closely with CLADHO and the district leadership to approve the translated Imihigo banners.

Responsibility
The consultant will be under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of CLADHO and shall be working with the CLADHO PPIMA project team for quality assurance.

Qualification requirements of the Company
• A certificate of VAT.
• Have a large format-printing machine or a rental contract for the said machine.
• A certificate of good completion for district Imihigo dissemination works (dashboards or banners issued by at least 2 districts.

Qualifications and competences of the responsible person
• Have at least a bachelor‘s degree in social sciences or other related sciences.
• A proven experience in local government of at least 5years
• Experience in Imihigo dissemination (dashboards or banners)
• A good understanding of district Imihigo process.
• Detailed CV and qualifications
