We are seeking suitable candidate for the following position:
Telemarketing Agents

Duties and Responsibilities
• Delivering scripted information to describe the company’s products
• Resurveying clients to reconfirm if the details on the entry forms are correct.
• Confirming the attendance of the clients.
• Meeting daily set targets.
• Dealing with complaints to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

Requirements and Qualification
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Fluent in Both French and English
• Prior experience in a customer related environment
• Friendly approachable and outgoing.
• Working knowledge of social media platform tools.
• Ability to travel.
