Fantastic opportunity available in a Leading international sales and marketing company in the Leisure Industry with offices in Rwanda with offices in South Africa, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon & Angola. The company has positions available in their Telemarketing division.

4. We are seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:


Duties and Responsibilities
1. Call prospects provided to market the product.
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
3. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits.
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
5. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
7. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements and Qualification
1. Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in English and French.
6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
7. Successful candidates must be 23 Years and above.
