Documents Comprising The Bid
1. Letter of commitment stamped and signed
2. A notified copy of valid trading license
3. A notified copy RSSB tax Clearance for local bidders
4. A notified copy of Tax clearance from RRA for local bidders
The submitted envelope should be well sealed bids presented in 3 copies one of which marked original, it should be submitted to Ngali Mining Procurement office at Bodifa Mercy House, Floor 7 at Kimihurura to the above address not later than 1st April 2022 at 10am.
The proposal will be well printed bids written in English, properly bound, Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend at 10h30 am on the same date.
The bids will remain valid for 30 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
Bids will be prepared in one package of technical and financial. Technical offer will include all administrative documents requested.

Interested bidders should submit the bid offers to the procurement office of Ngali Mining at BODIFA MERCY HOUSE KIMIHURURA RUGANDO at 7th floor. Deadline for submitting bids will be on 1st April 2022 at 10am. Opening of the envelopes will be the same day at 10h30 am in the Boardroom for Ngali Mining Ltd.
