An acceptance of your offer will be based on evaluation results of your proposal consistent with the criteria set out in the terms of reference for this tender and in accordance with AgDF procurement rules.

Your proposal must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of AgDF and the bids must be submitted to procurement@agaciro.rw not later than 4 December 2023 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
