Subject: Tender Notice for Geological Exploration Service of Rukoma Tantalum Niobium Mining Area

Dear Suppliers,

Wanrun Mining (Rwanda) Co., Ltd. is pleased to invite eligible and qualified geological exploration service providers to submit their proposals for the exploration of the Rukoma tantalum niobium mining area in Kamoni County, Southern Province of the Republic of Rwanda.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

1. RDB Registration Certificate
2. Valid Tax Clearance from RRA
3. Valid RSSB Certificate
4. VAT Certificate
5. Valid Non-Bankrupt Certificate
6. Bid Security of 3,000,000 RWF from a bank or other insurance company
7. Proof of 5 years of experience in geological exploration services
8. Proof of Financial Capability.
9. The bidder must possess autonomous mechanical core drilling construction capabilities, demonstrate pertinent project experience, own a minimum of three drilling equipment, and showcase proficiency in constructing inclined holes. (Submit equipment details and supporting documents from previous projects.)
10. Well-Written and Organized Technical Proposal
11. Well-Written and Organized Financial Proposal.
12. Participation in this tender through consortium bidding is prohibited 

Submission Deadline:

All eligible bidders are required to submit their proposals no later than 19/02/2024, marked "Geological Exploration Tender – Rukoma Tantalum Niobium Mining Area," to the following email: wanrunmining.rwanda@gmail.com

Opening of Proposals:

The opening of the proposals will take place on 20/02/2024. Bidders or their representatives will be communicated via their emails.
