TENDER NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR NEW VEGETABLE AND FRUIT COLLECTION FACILITY WITH SOLAR POWERED COLD STORAGE IN MAHAMA, REFUGEE CAMP, IN RWANDA.

We work with communities to develop ingenious, lasting and locally owned solutions for agriculture, water and waste management, climate resilience and clean energy. We share what works with others, so many more people can change their worlds.

Practical Action is implementing a two-year (2022-2024) Climate Resilient farming Project(CRF), in close partnership with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ministry of Agriculture and Animal resources (MINAGRI), and Ministry of Emergency Management (MINEMA). The objective of the project is to improve food security, strengthen livelihoods, and increase resilience to Climate Change in Mahama Refugee camp and host community. This project works with both the refugees and host community in Mahama.

Practical Action hereby invites interested companies to submit their proposal for the Supply, Installation of Equipments and construction work for new Vegetable and fruit collection facility with solar powered cold storage in Mahama, Refugee Camp in in Kirehe District, Rwanda.
