TENDER NOTICE (TN) / INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

The National Union of Disability Organizations in Rwanda (NUDOR) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”)funded by its different partners towards the cost of:

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

NUDOR invites interested and eligible bidders to supply starter kits for youth with disabilities who have completed vocational training. The detailed list of requirements in English may be obtained from the headquarters, Kicukiro District, Kagarama sector, Rukatsa cell, KK37Ave on any working day from 9:00 am up 4:00 PM from 09/09/ 2024 upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs only (frw 10,000), on Account N° 100009102234 (NUDOR Administration) opened in Bank of Kigali.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original must reach the Procurement and Logistics Officer at the address mentioned above Not later than September 25^th, 2024 at 10:30am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at NUDOR meeting room on September 25^th ,2024 at 10:40 am. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the NUDOR Procurement policy.
