Better World Rwanda which is a Korean International Non-Governmental Organization operating in Rwanda intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the tender of construction of
selling point and Charcoal cold-room in Mwulire Sector, Rwamagana District.
Through National competitive bidding Better World Rwanda invites eligible and qualified bidders for construction of selling point and charcoal cold-room at Munyiginya, Rwamagana district.

Submission Procedure

A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address above from 5th May 2023, after presentation of the bank slip as a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf). The sum is to be deposited on the Account N° 20041270003 open in the name of Better World( KOICA-UPG) at I&M Bank
An Optional site visit is scheduled on 12 May 2023 and will be conducted by Better World Rwanda Representative. The venue for departure is fixed at 9 a.m. at Rwamagana office. Bids must be delivered to the secretariat of the project at or before 19 May 2023 at 10 am local time. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 Rwf)
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Better World Rwanda/ Rwamagana office in the conference room on 19 May, 2023 immediately after submission of bids. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and number.
