Re: Tender for Printing Services

Ejo Youth Echo (EYE) extends greetings to you and invites your company to submit a quotation for the printing of a thirty-two-page publication. Established in 2014, Ejo Youth Echo is a non-governmental organization based in Kigali, Rwanda, dedicated to utilizing media to promote the culture of peace, non-violence, human rights, and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Central Africa.

1. Description of Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the coordination team and in close collaboration with the magazine designer, the selected vendor will be responsible for printing two magazines developed by Ejo Youth Echo. The specifications for the printing job are as follows:

The selected vendor is expected to 2200 copies of two different publications.

3. Requirements:

• To be eligible for consideration, the vendor must meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience in printing, preferably with familiarity in magazine layouts and printing.
• Possession of a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and an Electronic Billing Machine receipt.

4. Time-frame:

The number of days required for each deliverable and the associated fees will be discussed and agreed upon between Ejo Youth Echo and the selected vendor, with the details reflected in the final contract or purchase order.
