SUBJECT: TENDER NOTICE, 002/S/RFQ/2022/2023/OMIROM/AN/ih. 

Title of tender: TENDER FOR PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICES AT SERVICES AT OLDMUTUAL  

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) intends to use a portion of funds from the allocated budget for the provision for Providing security services. 

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) now invites eligible companies to indicate their interest for providing these services. Interested bidders must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Profile of the firm, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, etc.) 

The tender document may be obtained from Job in Rwanda (www.jobinrwanda.com) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fees of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) to Momo Pay 008530 under OLDMUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC. 

Interested bidders are requested to submit their quotes both of Technical and financial proposal to OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC head office (Grand Pension Plaza 9th Floor On the reception desk) Sealed Envelopes. 

The deadline for submission is not later than    22nd March 2024 10h 00 AM. Late RFQ will not be accepted. Eligible and qualified bidders should submit their quotations within timelines provided above.

N.B.: 1. Submission of quotation via email or any other electronic way will not accept only hard copies shall be considered however Any request for clarification must be sent via email to Rwanda Procurement procurementrw@oldmutual.rw
