Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation / Rwanda Office

The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation (hereinafter Kvinna till Kvinna) – an international non-governmental organization registered in Rwanda, is seeking to purchase a Tropicalised Toyota Rav4 / 4x4 with the following specifications:

2018 or newer
Automatic transmission, petrol, air conditioning, five doors, spare tire
For pre-owned cars, no more than 60,000 miles, valid controle technique
Colour – (Excluding white)

1. Eligibility and Tender Submission

Kvinna till Kvinna is looking for a registered business specialised in car sales which can meet the above specifications.

Interested tenders should submit their signed and stamped bid in closed envelops (including one original and two copies) to Kvinna till Kvinna office located in the back of the Aigle Blanc Building (commonly known as Chez Polisi Denis or Star Times building), KN 5 Airport Rd| Kimihurura, on November 12, 2021, no later than 14h00 Kigali time.

Due to COVID-19 measures, tenders who wish to submit their bid earlier than above mentioned date should inform Kvinna till Kvinna in writing at least 72 hours prior to ensure staff are at the office to receive the bid.

The bid should include, at minimum:

Company /individual profile
Price, inclusive of VAT
Billing schedule
Delivery period
Warranty in months detailing services that can be provided during that period and their cost
Support to be provided for register/transfer the car and getting the plate number
Period of validity of the tender
Certificate of good completion / delivery notes from at least 3 clients
Information about whether a ‘trade-in’ option is available with the company in which Kvinna till Kvinna can trade-in or sell a vehicle to the company as part of the transaction of purchasing the vehicle in this tender.

The tenders should contain as title “Tender: Vehicle purchase - Kvinna till Kvinna / Rwanda.”

The public opening will be organized at Kvinna till Kvinna office on November 12, 2021, at 14h30, Kigali time.
