 Izuba Power hereby invites eligible bidders to tender for the provision of 4 or more solar cold rooms for for the preservation of fruit and vegetables in Rwanda.
Participation in the tender is open on equal conditions to all local and international companies specialized in the field with a valid registration certificate of incorporation.

 Submission Procdeure
All interested parties may obtain further information and clarifications by writing to the procurement officer not later than 7 days before the deadline of the bid submission.
Bids will be written in English and must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 5,000 or its EUR or RWF equivalent. The bid guarantee must be issued by a commercial bank or an insurance company.

Bids must be submitted by 31 March 2022 at 10.00am CAT. Bids may be submitted by email to info@izubaenergy.com with subject “tender solar cold rooms Rwanda”. No late bids will be accepted.
The opening of the bids will take place on 31 March 2022 at 10.30am CAT.
Offers must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid submission.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws of Public Procurement in Rwanda and in compliance with GIZ Procurement Guidelines.
