The National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) is a regulatory body, established by Law No 25/2008 of 25/07/2008. Its principal function is to protect the public from any harm that may result from the practice of a nurse or a midwife, by setting standards of education and practice, as well as registering only those who are eligible and competent to practice.

The National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) invites eligible and interested Audit firms to bid for the tender to carry out an external audit at the NCNM for the tender № 009/11/NCNM23, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements. 

Eligible Audit firms may obtain a bidding document from the NCNM offices, upon presentation of bank slip of a non-refundable fee amounting to five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 RwF) deposited into account N° 000400030662642 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of the NCNM.

Well-printed and properly bound bids labeled “Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal for the Tender to Carry Out External Audit” must be submitted in separately in one envelope to the office of the NCNM Administrative Assistant to the Registrar, later than Wednesday 13/12 /2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids will not be accepted.
The opening of both technical and financial bids will take place the same day at 11:00 a.m., local time in the meeting room of the NCNM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the public bids opening session.

Evaluation of both technical and financial proposed will be based on the following formula:

S = Ts x Tw) + (Fs x Fw),

           100              100     

Where by S stands for score, Ts – Technical score, Tw – Weight of Technical score, Fs- Financial score score and Fw – Weight of financial score
