JOB DETAILS:
Following the NST1 for Transformational Governance Pillar, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s priority area 3 to strengthen Diplomatic and International Cooperation to accelerate Rwanda and Africa’s development, an action to put in place mechanisms to raise awareness of Rwanda’s Home-Grown Solutions locally and internationally to support development was required;
Drawing on its Home-Grown Solutions and Best Practices referred to as innovative solutions, Rwanda has acquired expertise in their application to face its unique challenges. As a result, within the past years, there has been an increasing interest from countries and international organizations for knowledge exchange with Rwanda’s innovative solutions and pick up elements they could apply within their own contexts. Many countries worldwide are also keen to share their own experiences with Rwanda.
Rwanda Cooperation Initiative (RCI) was created in May 2018 by the Government of Rwanda to serve as the Single Window that promotes innovative solutions through national and international cooperation.
RCI intends to apply a portion of its funds to eligible payments under the contract for the following tender which this Bidding Document is issued:
Provision of 3,5 Star Hotel Services to RCI and its delegates (0007/S/NCB/2020/2021/RCI).
RCI invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RCI’s head office, Kacyiru opposite Marasa Umubano Hotel upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF to Account N° 000400696230067, RCI opened in Bank of Kigali (BK).
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from Friday 21st z August 2020, at Rwanda Cooperation Initiative’s reception, KIGALI- KG7/RN 13 PLOT 481 KACYIRU.

Job application procedure
Well printed bids properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RCI reception office at the address mentioned above, NOT later than 1st September 2020, 10:30AM in the morning. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RCI Board Room on the 6th floor. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
