Terms Of Reference For Purchasing The Sewing Materials
Under the support of Trocaire, CDJP Gikongoro is implementing in Nyamagabe district, Uwinkingi Sector, Mudasomwa cell and in Nyaruguru district, Ruramba sector, Rugogwe cell, a five years project entitled “Enhancing women capacity for effective participation in decision making”
The objective of the Project is to enhance women’s capacities for their effective participation in decision making and to reduce GBV.
In order to address the problem of women economic dependence to their husbands, which is one of the main reasons preventing women to participate in decision making process at different levels, to prevent women from Gender based violence (GBV) and to maintain sustainable women safe spaces, CDJP Gikongoro is planning to provide support of sewing materials to targeted women beneficiaries of Ruramba and Uwinkingi sectors to promote continuous economic development of their household and community in general, and reinforce solidarity and complementarity in their women safe spaces.
1.Objectives of the activity

1.1. General objective
The objective of this tender, is to look for a competent company/ individual to provide sewing materials composed of sewing machines, material for handcraft for making embroidery to women beneficiaries of Ruramba and Uwinkingi sectors.
1.2. Specific objectives
To buy and supply 16 sewing machines, sewing fabrics, embroidery threads, to 220 women beneficiaries of 8 women safe space.

Methodology
An open market is launched to all appropriate suppliers, to supply 16 sewing machines, sewing fabrics, Yarn and Charcoal Iron. The deadline for submission of proforma invoice is 25th November 2022, by CDJP GIKONGORO Email : cdjpgik@yahoo.fr.
The bidder winner will be notified not later than 30 November 2022 to sign a contract.
To participate in this market process, it is mandatory to deliver EBM biller.
