Terms Of Reference For Valuation Of Ralgaland, Vehicles, Building And Other Assets
Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is a membership organisation established in 2002 by the Districts and City of Kigali to enable them to fulfil the responsibilities entrusted to them under the decentralization policy adopted in 2000. Its vision is to have efficient local government entities where people and stakeholders are involved in the development, and its objective is to assist local government entities in achieving their mission, complying with principles of good governance and decentralization RALGA acquired assets over time and intends to update their value in financial terms. It is in this context that RALGA is hereby soliciting bids from interested registered valuation individuals to carry out valuation of its lands, vehicles, buildings and other assets

Submission Procedures
The technical and financial proposals should be submitted in two separate and well-sealed envelopes, to the Secretary General of RALGA at RALGA Office located in Masaka Sector Kieukiro District, Kipali. The deadline for submission is 21 January 2022 at 2:00 pm.
