TERMS OF REFERENCE OF CONSULTANCY TO CONDUCT PROJECT ENDLINE SURVEY
Le Bureau des Formations médicales agréées du RWANDA (BUFMAR) is a faith-based organization established in 1975 by Christian churches owning health facilities co-managed with the Government.
Having supply chain management of medical products as its core business, in 2020 BUFMAR signed a grant agreement with Enabel “Grant agreement No RWA19009-10033” to implement a 2 years project with general objective to reinforce capacities of targeted community Health Workers (CHWs) and Health Facility (HF) staff in inventory management of FP/ASRH and MNCH commodities, and reinforce stock management, monitoring and reporting processes through institutionalization of best practices at the health facility and community level.
The Client now invites company or individual consultants to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): Project endline survey. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
The details ToRs in English may be obtained from BUFMAR secretariat office from 21st /11/2022 during office hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Local time. This Request is addressed to all interested and qualified bidders.
