Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) is a forum established in 2016 with a purpose of bringing together different youth groups, individual youth farmers, and young entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector, with the mandate to change and challenge the existing mind-set among the youth in the agricultural sector. RYAF currently registered in accordance with Law N° 13/2009 regulating labour in Rwanda and the Ministerial Order N° 11 of 07/09/2010 determining the modalities and requirements for the registration of trade unions or employers’ professional organizations. Its legal personality and statutes published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda No. 50 of 11/12/2017.

The Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) hereby invites interested bidders to submit their bids for the Car Maintenance and washing (TOYOTA HILUX 5L year 2007)used by Rwanda youth in Agribusiness Forum for a period of one year (Frame work contract)starting from the date of contract signature by both parties:

1. Well printed bids with a technical and financial proposal written in English Language,property bound and printed in two copies one of which  is orginal  I sealed envelopes and Adressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Youth In Agribusiness Forum(RYAF)will be submitted  not later than on 1^st November 2023 at RYAF Head Office, KACYlRU-MlNAGRl, KG 569 Street at 10:00 am (local time)
2. Bids will be opened in a public session on same day 1^st November , 2023 at 10:30 am (local time)
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Rwanda Public Procurement Law and RYAF internal procurement procedures.

A. ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

The Bidder must provide and complete the following:

1. Bid duly signed, dated and sealed.
2. RDB Certificate of Registration.
3. Valid tax Clearance from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
4. Valid Social Security Certificate from RSSB.
5. 3 Certificates of good completion in providing similar services.
