Terms of References Supply of Safety Shoes for the Project „PartnerRwanda“
The Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen e.V. (BIWE) is a German international non-governmental organization and implements the „PartnerRwanda“ in Rwanda.
The aim of the project „PartnerRwanda“ is to train 500-1000 unemployed Rwandans to support them to find employment or work self-employed and also to work directly with companies to create employment opportunities.
For the dual-training of Automotive Technology at the IPRC Kigali, BIWE needs Safety Shoes in order to provide theoretical and practical training. BIWE wishes to contract a legally recognized service provider (company) to procure and supply the 40 Safety Shoes (list with shoes sizes will be provided) for the dual-training trade of Automotive Technology (TRLAUT3001).

1 Supply of Safety Shoes with the following possible minimum requirements/specifications:
• Upper: Pigmented split leather
• S3 water resistant treatment.
• Lining: Polyamide.
• Insock: Removable premolded - Polyamide on EVA.
• Outsole: Injected - Dual-density PU with bump cap
• Colour: Black
• Sizes: List of required shoe sizes will be provided
• EN ISO 20344:2011 Personal protective equipment - Test methods for footwear
• EN ISO 20345:2011 Personal protective equipment - Safety footwear
• EN61340-5-1:2016 Electrostatic : Part 5-1 : Protection of electronic devices from electrostatic phenomena – General requirements (ESD control footwear )
• EN IEC 61340-4-3 : 2018 - Part 4-3: Standard test methods for specific applications – Footwear Documents that indicate price of single unit and sum in Euro and Rwandan-Francs

Requirements of the Service Provider:
• Should be legally registered supplier
• With a track record or experience of handling and supply hardware
• Knowledge of latest models and series of different Safety Shoes
