The 10th Icpar Annual Training Conference And The 4th Edition Of The Financial Reporting Awards.
THEME: "Future Of Finance - Transforming Rwanda's Financial Landscape"
This Conference is one of the Institute's flagships events which attracts more than 250 Participants from different sectors within Rwanda and beyond, to discuss, share thoughts on issues pertaining to the profession, personal development; soft skills, technology among many others; whilst enjoying other available networking opportunities and recreational activities usually on offer.

Alongside the training conference, the Institute will announce the winners of the 4th Edition of the ICPAR Financial Reporting awards (Fire Awards), organized each year to enhance high quality financial reporting as a pillar of good corporate governance in Rwanda.

The 10th Annual Training Conference and 4th Fire Awards will aim at strengthening harmony between and among different profession with a commitment to promote our national economy and strengthen our financial landscape, so that Rwanda may be highly effective in cooperating towards improved accountability, integrity, and transparency essential for sound corporate governance.
This event will serve as a commitment towards contributing to the national, regional, and continental agendas including the need to dialogue and strengthen our leadership policies through transformative leadership initiatives and sustainability initiatives

The conference will also focus on building a knowledge-based economy and building competitiveness in the application of knowledge. It will bring together more than 100 delegates including Economists, Accountants, Change Champions, Academicians, Professionals from other disciplines, Board Members, CEOs, CFOs, Financial Analysts, Investment Advisors and Auditors of different public and private institutions.

The three-day conference will be hosted as a hybrid both virtually and physically at Classic hotel, Musanze from the 10th - 12th November from 8:30am - 5:00pm daily.
